Both parents were on the nest and rearranged the nest, moved branches and moss better. It has been been heavy rain, I think..

Anyway they have more time than Estonian BS: they can move later and the way from Portugal to Africa is much shorter.BS usually migrate. These ones don't stay there in the winter. There are some that migrate and stay in the south of Spain or Portugal, don't go to Africa but most of them do...

This morning the mother stayed there with her wings opened, to make shadow for the little BS, for hours! It's really wonderful to see how they take care of them![]()
In the afternoon, the young BS are left alone most all the time although we know that one of the parents is usually in a rock near by.
I'll try to go there in 2 weeks and bring some photos, but you can look:
