We have our first Osprey back, and on the Manton Bay nest no less!
25(10), one of our breeding females on our other nest sites, has made a habit of stopping by on the Manton Bay nest before heading off to her own site in previous years. She is a Rutland born bird and has been breeding since 2013.

Hello
seira, hello far
Taiwan
Spring is coming and our beloved ospreys with her, too. Thank you, that's so expected and so exciting news
I deeply hope that Maya & 33 happily return to their nest, soon
seira, that is what I was going to say you since long time -
I am full of admiration that living, seems at like the end of the world, so far from all these nests of many different birds, you observe all of them and are such active here and find time for it

You are doing really great job ! How are you doing that, is your 24 h the same like mine ?
Especially, many thanks for news from fb :-) ! [ and sorry, limit for
emots is five only ;) ] because I don't have the fb account.
Wormest kisses from far Poland :-)

SilverGirl, thank you
In fact, since Irma (estonia) did not return home, every year I struggle with whether to continue posting... and I love bears, I watch the Alaskan brown bear live every summer, I wish I had more time. I don't post as often now, but the Osprey is still my favorite raptor.

Drama on the nest this morning! 25(10) returns and 33(11) doesn't look too happy about it! We'll have to wait and see how this develops and keep a close eye on the birds' behaviours.

I was so so much happy yesterday
Who is 25 ?!
I know ( only reading about it ) that many years ago ( 2013-14 ? ) it happened tragedy in this nest when 33 came in here and 'win' the Maya & the nest, chased previous male off and broke his eggs or pushed just hatched babies out of the nest. Excuse me, please, today I don't remember all the details ...
So, is it known, is 25 the ex partner of Maya who is trying to be back here ? What are saying people on fb observing the nest for long time ?
