LOL! Beer always helps! You made a good movie of the eagles together. And of the seals fighting in the background. And the crow walking around like he owns the beach. It was a really good day for watching yesterday.
Thank you for the video excerpt, Alice. I saw the terns, but I think what we have been seeing here hovering are gulls. Or at least, they don't have the dark heads like the terns in the link you posted. Maybe they are juveniles.alice44 wrote:Maybe if the eagle comes the seals will flee.
I am watching Winged Migration. . . there are some fishing and eating Terns, for an opportunity to see them and compare with our occasional sitings here. . . .
The Terns are after the huge crashing of the glacier into the sea.

You must live in a safe area to be able to walk at night. I think most of the seals are off to breakfast now, the beach is emptying out quickly. I am going to sign off now, too, I really am having trouble seeing clearly. Too much reading earlier, but it is frustrating. Goodnight, Alice.alice44 wrote:That is the trouble with gulls and terns they are kinda dull when young and then much more elegant when they are adults.
Two seals seem to be having a bit of a set to on the beach -- nose to nose.
I think I am going to walk around the block (first I wrote beach) and then go to bed with a book.
congratulatios! this was rather cool.fireblade1 wrote:![]()
Good morning/evening Alice and Kitty
Yesterday I had some problems with the upload of vids. So in the evening, after some beer, I played a little around with the moviemaker. And![]()
