Estonian Osprey Nest Mai & Mati ~DOCUMENTATION 2016

Anyone else noticed an attack on Mai around 12:35? Who was it?

I heard her warning calls and saw her protecting the nest, but didn't see the stranger

Mai distributes the bits evenly. She also eats a good chunk. I remember Mai last season in the beginning gave the bird too big a piece....but quickly coped with their motherly duties.

15:51. Sings the egg. Mai decides to eat more of this beautiful fish...or a 15:53. The feeding is finished. Mati flew away from the nest. Mai covers her Chicks and egg. She clearly wants more fish, longingly looking at the fish, but a little spoiled weather and Mai suppresses your appetite!

04:41 Mati brought a fish. Fish was still alive.



04:42 ...And Mai came along. Little one was asking for food, but I missed whether he got some.
Mai definitely had some bites though!
