There is absolutely nothing to see in the video, from the stranger.
It must have been another stork. They avoid fighting in the nest, if there is a clutch.
But I also saw attacks and fights in the nest. between females.
Maybe the missing minutes would have brought clarity.
Karl II flew away, so it was probably another male around.
But that's all guess. No proof of anything. No other bird, no fight .. only Karl II and his defense of the nest

In 2008 the storks fought in the nest because Toomas(future) replaced Donna and "incubated" one egg(putting to others on the edge of the nest). Padis came and fought with him. One egg was broken.

Buzzards and ravens must be interested in eggs and not in storklets. Buzzards catch mice and small birds, storklets are too big for them.
It's not always about whether the chicks could be in danger.
There is fierce competition for breeding grounds, ie nests, with heavy fighting.
This shows up in aggressive air battles with buzzard, goshawk, sparrow hawk, wasp buzzard, lesser spotted eagle, short-toed eagle, osprey, griffon vulture and common raven.
Red kite, eagle owl, white-tailed eagle and common raven occupy the nests of black storks.
There is an observation where a breeding pair has been displaced by ravens. Thus, the raven is a strong threat to the black stork.
We also think, how bad, there's a goshawk near a black stork nest. It is not bad. It is completely normal. The goshawk is a companion bird of the black stork.
I have a detailed description .. is too much work for me to translate everything

Just a little story.
Three seconds after Karl II left the nest (at 17:13:06), Kati urgently had to do a PS.
17:13:09 She moved backwards and stepped on a stick.
One side of the stick swung up and catapulted a pile of moss on Kati's feet ...
17:13:12 ... Kati did what she came for. As if by miracle the stick remained upright ...
17:13:16 ... After doing what she urgently had to do, Kati immediately wanted to put that stick in a better position...

6:57 a huge bunch moss by Karl II
This bunch of moss may be the hugest one of all times Karl II has brought.

If Karl II continues to bring moss at the same pace, then in the autumn the nest extends up to heaven
