Woohoooo Rika was first :loveshower: :loveshower: she was planning it all along, everyone lost their betting on Mika :rotf:
i tried to hear something, perhaps her crashlanding on branches or something, but the wind is too loud.
Dear Rika, hope to see you soon =)

he deliberately pushed the stick overboard. the he looked: "oops, it fell!"
17:22 Miks got up and looked around.... then he went to the left branch and balanced there for a while in the hard wind.
17:24 he made some WE & CE with stick. then he lay down. ... and oops.

17:43 Miks started calling. ... i think he is lonely. he has never been alone in his life before this. he is hungry, too. :slap:
i have to go...

At 15:03 Mika made some fascinating exercises with a long stick, "lifting prey from the ground/out of the water." There was a real pushing motion, dragging "the prey" forward-upwards, and rising into the air with it.

Rika seemed less enthusiastic about her little brother making wild airlifting exercises with a long stick right next to her eyes. I wondered whether her departure not long afterwards was partly due to just this narrowness of the nest, as you, Liz, remarked yesterday. At any rate, she was beautiful to watch, all calmth and confidence.
