Someone on the nest. Kati? The maarkings are more like Karl II. See pictures on page 1.
Could be incubating an egg. Or two?

I can't see a date/time stamp. Can anyone?

Asteria, we didn´t see arrival, who knows when it was?
It is possible to scroll back from now to beginning. Camera has worked for about 30 minutes yet.

Crissy, your helpful pic of preening - the faint red of legs and beak doesn't look like a male bird in spring. We haven' t decided yet, who this is :book:

In my opinion, this is certainly not Kati.
I'm not sure whether it is Karl II. :puzzled:

I'll make some extra pics...

We don't have enough close-up pics of Kati to help identification. The page 1 pics are good in showing Karl II.
Does anyone have Kati pics from last year which show a clear view?

Thanks Anne.
This bird has faded red beak and legs. The beak is heavy, that is, the distance from upper to lower dimension is greater and it is dark in colour.

I still don't know who it is!

I know the resource, there are a lot of photos of Karl 2 and Katy. Can I write a link here?

I'm pretty sure this bird isn't our Kati.
And I do not have the immediate feeling that it is Karl II either.

But I'm not 100% sure though. :puzzled:

The camera does not broadcast, but there is an archive of photos, there are a lot of screenshots from the camera. All nesting season!
Push "архив камеры" and choose a month in the upper right :2thumbsup:
