We've seen that bird species before on this cam.
Are you sure, it's not a Capercaillie hen?

I'm confused now because Marfo said so
9:16 He / she is there again
I made the photos a bit lighter
It would be nice if we knew for sure what it is
Edit: I've looked at some pictures here and there on internet and I think, sorry Marfo, it's a Capercaillie hen!

If it's size and shape looks confusing, then it may be a Cc x Black Grouse hybrid.
They're known as the Rackelhahn, and do occur in the wild
It's just my guess...

Okay, but now you're making it even more difficult
Hopefully he will come back again and then some more in the light.

Yeah Fleur it's Capercaillie females alright like the earlier ones.
See the white "suspenders" on the back, the coarse barring on the tail and no barring on the chest, well this one also shows the rusty red colour on the chest, black grouse don't have any of that.
(If I may give a little tip get the Collins Bird Guide by Lars Svensson et.al, it's the best, translated to most European languages and worth every cent https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collins_Bird_Guide )
