Hellem, it has been a great season and CD has become a beautiful young eagle.

I still have hope that the parent birds will come and prepare the nest.

Many thanks to all, especially to Urmas and colleagues. I look forward to a new season and wish our eagles all the best and always enough wind under their wings.


Urmas, if you are looking here again, I would be interested in two more things.
1. Is CD male or female?
2. was the second egg fertilised?

CD is asking for food in distance.
Both, the egg and DNA sample are waiting for analyser. Field season still lasts for us...
If it was possible to look, the forum gave a good overview about action in the nest. Unfortunately, too often this stream was interrupted in YT. It was really disturbing to call several times in a day to server guys and ask to restore YT stream. No idea, what is the reason. Some cams stay almost trough the season. Peculiarities of air transmission, the conditions change and we can't see those changes, but interruption.

The interruptions on YT were really annoying and much of the nest life was lost, which is a pity.
