All the links are in Hungary, except the Barn Owl webcam, which is in Beregszász, Ukraine

GROWLS live eagle camera in British Columbia, Gabriola Island, near Vancouver Island, Canada:

Here you see the little Red Tailed Hawklet which was brought into the nest as food some weeks ago and where the eagle
parents decided to raise it rather than kill it. Here is Malala the Hawklet roosting next to the big eagle sibling:

Image

And here is the link to the camera. Quality is rather bad but this cam was not meant to go online. That changed when the hawklet arrived:

Yesterday the hawklet fledged a bit too early - 12 hours later it came back exhausted and crawled back into the nest screaming where it was awaited by mom eagle and eagle sibling.

Here is the short video (courtesy of Sassephoto) when it returned to the nest:

After fledging, hawklet Malala keeps coming back to the nest. 8-)
Here she spent last night perched next to eaglet sibling:

Yesterday (4.7.2022) she claimed two fish deliveries. She will most likely be a hawk with a thing for fish, I'd say.

4.7.2022, around noon: Hawklet, eaglet & eagle parent:

For those that do not know, Junior unfortunately got electrocuted on July 18 2022 by some hydro wires and passed away.

While sova is at it quoting me although there is nothing to quote (quotes are being used to refer to a text
someone else has written and not to a name or title which could have just been copied if typing is too cumbersome),
I might just as well draw your attention to the additional information provided by Mary Ann Steggles, Canada, on this subject:
