The peregrine falcons in Amsterdam always catch very large birds. It looks like waterfowl. Today the Peregrine Falcon in Amsterdam are ringed and the next friday the Falcon in De Mortel

Peregrine falcons De Mortel

Video from a feeding from today.
https://youtu.be/M-DCK_FhiPg

The both chicks should be ringed today. I have often problems with this cam.
I have found a video about ringing on this page: https://www.vogelbescherming.nl/beleefd ... &clip=1163

Edit: It is always a horrible situation for the chicks, which get ring.

This time they do not show the whole ringing in the videos. Last year I found it bad, many spectators, the Beringer has shown everything, it was a show. The parents did not come back for a long time. I think this year it was faster, but the camera also had a long time out.
The two young falcons are a boy and a girl.

Unfortunately, a young female from the peregrine falcons from Amsterdam is no longer alive. She drowned, she was found. The other young female had pinched in a bush. It was a few days in a bird station but is free again and ok.
