A Finnish Osprey took a bit unusal route to migrate - he chose Madeira:

http://www.luomus.fi/info/tracking/inde ... autumn2013

One can read more about Finnish migrating Eagles there ...

The Mainpage - scroll down a bit and you will find news about tracked Ospreys, Honey Buzzards and White tailed Eagles:

Thank you Felis silvestris for the find :)

I take it this way!

I tried to go to Piret/Madis nest 2013-site, but it was locked:

What I mean, my no-flying friends.....is that as there are no Estonian gsp-ospreys on the map now....I will put the migration schedule trust on our gsp-osprey LALLI, here from Finland, who is now in african guinea (english??), on west coast. When he starts from there, we know that so will Piret and Madis too, and all others. <3 <3

Here is Lalli, if You want to know when he starts homecoming. LET'S FLY TOGETHER!!!!
