I rarely look at this stream but hey...these are real gems! Great shots!

Maybe it's a little annoying when I always admit my "mustard" but just now I had to remember that in Denmark every wild boar that could be hunted was shot. Out of fear of swine fever... there was proud news about it when the last acceptable wild boar was shot.

By now the stream had lost steam again and as far as I could tell there was no sign of the couple.

The Wild
Bucovina Association has started another project.

v "Badgers and Foxes' dens" is a project of the Wild
Bucovina Association and aims to monitor a family
of Badgers / (Meles meles) and a family of Foxes.
Monitored for years by us, these families live their
lives in a place conducive to survival not far from the
edge of a mountain village. The activity of badgers is
especially nocturnal. We want to introduce you to
these families we love through an ambitious project,
live stream from their dens. This project is not
funded, but we dared to start it with the hope that
those who follow us and appreciate such projects,
who feel with us together with nature will make it.

The main actors are not camera shy either. Yesterday the fox was also in front of the camera.
Tonight there were badgers... caring for each other's fur.

She brings a dry Branch (Fir?) with lichens.
