And substructure of the nest looks artificial.

Looks as if it is a nice fat headless Common Carp, and the female is off with it. Male takes over incubation.

The letter E is large on the male's ring. The numbers 82 are on either side of it, I believe.

Click the cursor on the sentence

"Visas četras tiešraides kameras vienā logā" which means "All 4 cams in Latvia can be seen simultaneously here"

on the site http://dabasdati.lv/lv/kameras2015

and watch simultaneously... :hi:

Yes, it is is different nest, I made a translation of the Latvian text with Google translator, but this shows some very funny results, maybe there is an "official" one in English available soon.

No, we in Latvian forum also have asked this question as we loved this osprey couple very much... unfortunately it was not possible to arrange technical items there...

Yes, as far as I know it, cooperation partners for transmission are different this season and so other towers have to be used and for this reason another nest had to be found. It was not possible to stream with Perkons and Lauma nest with this new circumstances.

But perhaps we will hear news about Perkons and Lauma, when ornithologists are out for monitoring or nest control in the area *hope*

Two eggs in the nest :bounce: :bounce:
I checked earlier this morning and I saw then only one egg, so I guess she must have laid the second one recently.
