I find the sounds here interesting. I think of the noise being wave action, but now that the water is some what frozen the noise is still loud, so I realize it is the wind. It is hard to hear anything but the wind.

That one I saw "climbing on" Honestly. It seems that it is a broad strip of ice, gently floating about.

Have a nice day too Fleur. We have a few days of thaw now and most of the snow is gone. So I will stay warm (being in the house ) Now I hear a WTE.

i opened the camera this late and was almost worried that it was broken or something as it seemed to be a still, almost like frozen picture with nothing happening. well it is pretty much frozen!
some snow it lightly falling and it looks almost the same as in Fireblades video up there. some seals are appearing on the ice out there and after a while they disappear again... otherwise it looks so cold and lifeless there....

I think I just saw a flock of swans flying by-- to the right back -- flying low over the frozen water.
