We were warned from the beginning that buzzards maybe do not use the same nest over many years. We were lucky enough to be able to see 3 years of nest life and learn a lot about them.

We have watched a buzzard couple using the nest of White-tailed Eagles Linda and Sulev in Läänemaa. The men from Kotkaklubi looked around for a while to find a suitable site and we hopefully will be able to watch the doings of buzzards here

It looks like they found another nest, perhaps somewhere nearby.

However, the buzzard has been there a little longer

Here is an injured buzzard. His left leg / foot is injured.

A goshawk visited the nest today. He arrived mobbed by crows and stayed only a very short moment,

A goshawk?! Then the nest failed "the security check". Hope the owners will stay away from here.
