~20:46 A lot of Barnacle geese flying North(east).
Many roaring cows. Let's hope they forgot how camera tastes.

I thought someone was standing there besides the big rock, but it is an illusion. A play of light.

Sometimes all the Lapwings and Redshanks of the neighbourhood are alarming but I never can discover the reason for the disturbance. Perhaps a Stoat or weasel.
Fleur, I also heard a distant White-tailed eagle several times today. Also on earlier day.

Aureus, I assume I would see a Fox. A Stoat or Weasel can be very difficult to spot in a terrain like this.

If you see the birds alarming and there is no Red Fox, then probably it is a smaller predator. If you only hear the birds alarming then a Red Fox is also possible. The camera is in the middle of the coastal meadow, so it is also possible that a predator is in the area behind the camera. I have observed many times alarming waders in coastal meadows, usually the alarm is caused by a roaming Red Fox.
