“In 7th of September we released that bird on the edge of big wetland called Emajõe-Suursoo, being one of the most suitable areas for White-tailed Eagles in Estonia. The bird is fitted with GPS transmitter, so we can see the further life of the rescued eagle, also we can help in a bad case. The transmitter was initially obtained within the ESTLAT Eagles cross borders project of Estonian Ornithological Society, but actually it is not eligible anymore for that project. So Eagle Club is searching for support to cover a cost of this particular transmitter. “

Edit: The Eagle Club searched for support to cover a cost of this particular transmitter and many kind donors helped. At the moment the transmitter is free to use it again, because a poachers bullet finished the life of Nimeta. See next entry and sign a petition.
