I am just checking, it looks as if she came in with this fish. But I still have to wait until the video patch is processed, to see what was going on before. Maybe it was a re-delivery .. I haven´t watched the time before and have no own recordings.

The delivery was at 11:24 (pontu). Most likely Irma broughts the fish, Joosep was not to see.

Irma begins with the feeding. One of them isn't interested.

Therefore Irma is feeding her chick with several morsels till there is nothing left.

Meanwhile one of the other chicks does wing exercises.

Finally there was time to find out more about yesterday´s 05/07/2015 -17:07-delivery and it looks as if it was the first fish delivery of Irma since the chicks hatched.

Irma left the nest at 16:44, Joosep stays on the dead tree

17:07 - Irma lands on the nest with fresh fish in her talons


No landing of Joosep on the nest before, so we can assume that it was Irma who caught the fish.
There is still a theoretical possibility that it was somewhere a hand-over from Joosep to Irma, but as we can see only what happens on the nest ... last year we saw Irma on July, 12, for the first time delivering a fish to the nest.

Last year only two chicks had to be fed, so maybe she starts earlier as there are three beaks this season ...?

About this delivery I still don´t know whether it was Irma or not. Pontu pics are taken every minute and catch only one moment within this 60 seconds, a lot else can happen in a minute :)
The appropriate video will be ready only in the evening, unfortunately the delivery is in the beginning of this 4-hour-patch, so it will last until it can be downloaded, sighted, cut, transformed and posted.
