
I found the report on ornitho.de but I wonder why he is called a hybrid LSExGSE? I thought Tõnn was a pure Greater Spotted Eagle

Thanks to your question I asked Urmas Sellis, whether it is hybrid or not, because I had several sources, that said it is a hybrid. The plumage too showed some kind of difference to pure aquila clanga (the diffuse white patches on the upper side of the wings).sigge wrote:Awesome leonia![]()

Now he entered France north east of Besançon.
Weather looks rather bad for migration so maybe he'll stay there for a while? -if so a good chance for more people to see him![]()
