I continue to find this astonishing.
It is true that Istanbul is a bottleneck - a highway - for migratory birds.
But - statistically - what were the chances of our 3 Black Storks crossing into the West Asian part of Turkey
on the same day, at exactly the same time and place?
There were so many more possibilities/probabilities of
not being together, both in time and spacing.
I am curious to see this evening what our birds will do today.
