Will Latvian white-tailed eagles begin nesting?

Transmission from the white-tailed eagle nest camera stops this year due to technical problems. Moreover, Linda and Sulev’s nest is uninhabited this year and there is no activity.
In late February, in the dark, we replaced the batteries placed near the nest. The system failure however is not due to discharged batteries but to technical problems with the equipment at the nest. We will not go to the nest in the near future to check the devices because we want to avoid disturbing the eagles since we do not know how far away is the new nest of Linda and Sulev. We will find that out by early summer at the latest.
