The young spotted eagle has  chosen a place next to the webcam

Several times during the day the nest has become empty but the young spotted eagle is heard:  for sitting the young bird has chosen a place next to the webcam. Straying in the neighbourhood goes wider and wider – no wonder at an age of two months and a week.

The male cares thoroughly for the young bird – at least five feedings per day and to that a couple more from the female.
