Black Stork         Ciconia nigra

Last year, the nest located in Pärnu County got its own webcam. The reason is understandable since the nest forest is located in a wind park development area.

Today, a little before four in the afternoon, the nest owner, the male bird Kergu, arrived at the nest.

Kergu was ringed as one of the three nestlings in 2011 and wears a ring number 7047 on his left leg.

Last year, the male bird restored the base of the nest, but the female bird did not arrive at the nest. We will see what the nest life turns out to be this year.
