The male bird, called Ozols, arrived from his migration to the south already on March 26th, but had to wait a long time for the female, who didn’t arrive until April 7th. The waiting was long but he managed to tidy some twigs in the nest a little, and bring more moss. Alone, however, things advance sluggishly. Of course he had to check his feeding grounds and get some food after the long journey.
At the arrival of Baska, the female, a love triangle appeared for a moment but by today the couple is united and have an egg in the nest. In a few days the second egg should appear in the nest. The video shows that the fertilization of it has been initiated.
