There was a small hope that we would get the camera in working order to the weekend. On Friday Ivar changed the batteries to new power providers. A new failure turned up however that was not possible to check at distance – the transmitter-receiver no longer provided a signal. It might be possible to exchange it during the week if the weather permits …

We can only describe the situation. A couple of the first, largest seal pups were born about a week ago. By now they are fifteen but the pupping of the seals has only started
