In the video the whole family is waiting for male osprey Ilmar to arrive - all can see the fish. Mother Irma at once takes care of the delivered food, so that the whole hungry band will be equally fed. Ilmar feels more comfortable with watching the family life from a distance.

Kaido is the largest of the osprey chicks and hatched on June 15th – Ring DJ, wing 248, weight 1310, probably male.

 

The middle one is called Kenno, hatched on June 17th – Ring DH, wing 259, weight 1460, probably female.

 

The smallest, Kaari, did not hatch until in the evening of June 20th - Ring DK, wing 205, weight 1310, probably female.
