The video is from Sunday evening, but tonight, together with the 8 degrees of frost, the same „ladies gang” appeared already before 6 p.m. The leader sow kept to the outer edge of the lighted area during the whole of the one-hour feeding; the eating lasted over an hour.
 

First the wheat goes, that is a delicacy. The heap of malt has been there for a number of days, and the potatoes from yesterday, but they will become „sweeter” with the next thaw.
 

At one moment there were three raccoon dogs at the site. All get on quite peacefully between themselves. The young piglet is on its own behind the sows but keeps a respectful distance.

 

At 8 p.m. the table was set again and the three piglets that have been seen earlier turned up.
 

Since the heat period of wild boars lasts at least until the second part of January, there will probably not be such large flocks as seen last year before that, but they will come ...

 

The quins soon came back and sent the piglets packing.
