Cloudberry
Few people find their way into bogs in March-June. The flower of the cloudberry is conspicuous, about the size of an apple blossom and mostly with five petals. The berry crop can’t be judged from the flowering. It is a dioecious plant, meaning that male and female flowers are on different plants. The male flowers are bigger, and so they are more noticed but they never yield any fruit.
