EENet has made a number of nature cameras available for watching on the Internet over the years, and enthusiasts all over the world have followed the doings of wild boars, storks, seals, eagles and other animals.
 
This time you will see the flowering of a plant.
 
The Queen of the Night flowers in the EENet office on Thursday night,   09.06.2011.
 
EENet decided to share this rare event with others by setting up a direct stream transmission on Internet. The Queen of the Night camera is on the same page as the other nature cameras brought to you by EENet:
 
 

The Queen of the Night (Selenicereus grandiflorus) belongs to the Selenicereus genus, native to Central and South America and known for their large flowers that open at night. The flower of the Queen of the Night  is white and its diameter can be more than 30 centimetres. The flowers open at dusk in the evening and wither in the morning.
