Last Friday heavy rains started and the storm at the weekend came on top of that. The boars have most likely retreated to a spruce grove with at least some shelter against the rain and wind. Even the raccoon dogs were not to be seen last night, and only a few birds in daytime.
When the belly is full, comfort becomes more important...
