Barn swallow

 

Barn swallows have reached Spain from their wintering areas in Central and southern Africa. Looduskalender reader Juanjo noticed the barn swallows on February 27th in Alicante, Muro de Alcoy, and sent us a message.

At best the barn swallows will arrive in Estonia at the end of April or early May, always in company with warm weather and insects.
