Golden saxifrage.

Golden saxifrage; Alternate-leaved golden saxifrage
Lepiklill         Chrysosplenium alternifolium

The golden saxifrage begins flowering in wet swamp forests, on the banks of water bodies … By the way, it is unknown to the inhabitants of Saaremaa .

The golden saxifrage looks very special, pale yellowish-green in colour. The bract leaves have the same hue, forming a pretty collar around the inflorescence and in turn supported by the upper leaves. The upper leaves are fleshy, with crenate edges. It is almost impossible to confuse with any other plant.
