 Citrine wagtail (19.05.2007, Aardla polder).

The Natural History Museum of the University of Tartu bird trip for teachers today went  to the Valguta polder. The weather was rainy and observation conditions miserable but the company bravely held out throughout the whole day. There were of course all kinds of waterfowl on the flooded polder, among interesting creatures we saw a largish crowd of great egrets and an oystercatcher, rare on the mainland. Among new species the citrine wagtail caught attention, my 2012 year list now has 182 bird species.
