This year wild strawberries with an amazing aroma could be enjoyed everywhere in Estonia at Midsummer.

 

Botanically the strawberry is an accessory fruit. The most delicious part, the red delicate and fragrant body of the fruit, is actually a residue of the strawberry flower, and the little seeds on its surface are nutlets (achenes) that hide the wild strawberry seeds inside them.
