As the observant viewer will notice, the difference in size between the osprey chicks has decreased but it will remain easily noticeable until they fledge; until then however there is still some time.

 

Male Ilmar brings a bream  from which he himself has taken a „head part“ for sustenance to the nest. He seldom feeds the chicks. Female Irma is in command in the nest.
