Boar family and badger

The smell of ripe apples is irresistible to all. In early evening the sow with her still striped late-born piglets was in place. Uuno brought apples for the forest inhabitants on Wednesday but in the neighbouring field machines were busy and only on Thursday before dark wildlife dared to approach the spot.
 

When the doings of the boars could be heard the prudent badger appeared on the ground. The bickering between the animals can be watched as a soap opera. The sow allowed the badger near the apples, even to taste them but then chased it off. The badger fled into shelter of the forest and after a while started  bashing the shrubs; then the boars departed hurriedly. This interplay will go on until the apples are finished …
