With the southerly storm on Thursday the grey seals showed up in the evening. Those whose fur has already dried look brighter.

 

In the first autumn storm the wind speed was up to 20 m/s, in gusts even more. The  mew gulls and herring gulls are not bothered by the wind, it seems that the ”Baltic herring storm” brought the Baltic herrings into the shore shallows. From Friday morning the wind gradually abated; the water level in the sea had risen by 30 centimetres.
