Yesterday afternoon a stranger, an unringed male, arrived at the nest where the female eagle was busy.

 

Watchers of the black stork camera surely remember the incidents at Donna’s nest last year. Quite a number of single white-tailed eagles are moving towards their northern nesting sites and of course one must check out what goes on on the way and how the neighbours are doing.
