The weather is very Spring-like and is just asking to stay outside. The arrivers, birds just passing through and here nesting birds can be seen everywhere, but still can be counted down easily. It is quite a job recognizing birds that you haven’t seen in a few months.
Look at who has been seen in Tõrva – 45 bird species. Doesn’t matter that in south Estonia, that just means they can be soon enough in north Estonia: http://web.zone.ee/torvalinnuhuvilised/page10.html.
