Hepatica. Lighter form.
Who can find a pink, blue and a lighter blue hepatica from a forest? I guess there aren’t many who would. But everyone should still go and try, even in North Estonia, because the beautiful harbinger-of-spring is everywhere.
Actually, hepatica isn’t really gone even during winter. If you scrape some snow off, you can still find verdant leaves. When hepaticas start to bloom, their leaves are full of spots – at the moment the leaves give an advantage for the plant to bloom early. The new leaves grow later, but then we have eyes for different plants.
