Petal patterns on the ground – tree flowers

Maple flowers.

The wind blows brightly yellow-green fragments to the feet of city people; it is the maple that now puts out its leaves, and loses part of its flowers to the wind. They are pretty to look at on the ground. On walking through parks the ground at your feet is always covered with something beautiful in the flowering period: lilacs come after the maple flowers, then the whitish-pink fragments from the chestnut’s candelabras, the closely heaped fruits of the elm, and so on until the autumn leaves. The wind whirls them into patterns at its whim. Enjoyable watching!
