Common comfrey.
In this cold damp weather it might be useful to remember that the long slender leaves of comfrey can help, wrapped as a hot poultice around the aching spot. The common comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is more frequently found in southern Estonia than in northern Estonia. Humid places such as ditch banks and wet meadows are good places to search for it.
