Käsmu boulders. Vana-Jüri tip, Lahemaa.
Going to the seashore you will be sure to find the sandwort that flowers just now. Look for it in pure sand, somewhere among the blue-grey, razor-edged blades of the lyme-grass. The plant is easily recognisable by its fleshy stems, and leaves arranged in four regular rows. The sea sandwort will certainly be noticed later in summer when its brownish seeds go into necklaces for girls. But as yet the plant just flowers, with pretty white eyes.
