Chanterelle.
Friends have already been invited to go mushroom picking around Värska (in southeast Estonia), fresh chanterelles are sold in the markets, and we found some Slippery Jacks (Suillus luteus) on the northwest coast. The mushrooms of early summer want much humidity and warmth, only usually warmth here comes with drought. But the beginning of summer this year has been very good for mushrooms. In copses, wooded meadows and forests there are big groups of chanterelles, and surely this mushroom needs no description.
