Great wishing time

Starry sky.

The Perseids shower comes from the Perseid cloud that is in the orbit of the Swift-Tuttle comet, and is made up of particles ejected by the comet as it passes by the Sun. The meteor shower, or starfall, becomes visible when the Earth passes through the comet's orbit.
It is easiest to observe this starfall without instruments, even for binoculars the movement of the Perseids is mostly too fast. There may be up to 60 “falling stars” in one hour, according to the astronomers, but three times that number has been predicted this year.
Sadly stargazing in Estonia may be disturbed by cloudy weather and the moon during the next few days, but it can be worthwhile for a few more weeks to look up into the sky and, if luck is with you,  make good wishes
.
