After a nearly four weeks long holiday in Võrumaa Tõnn decided to leave his home country, and set off on the journey southwards – on September 3 in the afternoon he crossed the border to Latvia near Taheda. To begin with his course seems to be southwesterly, thus towards Spain where he spent last winter.
