Tallinn Bird Club invites new members

Tallinn Bird Club (Tallinna Linnuklubi) starts the new season in September. New bird enthusiasts from Tallinn and Harjumaa are warmly welcome to join us.
 
If you :
- would like to know birds better
- care for the welfare of birds, around your home and in all Estonia
- want to do something for our birds
we invite you to join us as member of Tallinna Linnuklubi
 
We are particularly looking forward to see school children and students!
 
The first meeting of the autumn season is on Wednesday, September 23, at 18.00, in the „Kullo” building (Mustamäe tee 59) room 103. On the agenda:
 
* review of achievements and problems in the past 6 months: in the Paljassaare nature reserve area, on our home page, in bird observation
* planning this autumn’s excursion in connection with the international bird observation event Birdwatch 2009
* presentation and discussion of the club’s working plan for the autumn season, including how to engage new and old members more actively in the club's work
*discussion of ornithological and running matters
  
Tallinn Bird Club will also arrange birdwatching excursions on the first weekend of October (October 3-4) at the Birdwatch bird observation days.
