Sea finds piling up

Storm at sea. Osmussaar.
Now one more storm is showing its power, and it is a good time to remember that the wind carries all kinds of interesting things out of the sea and on to the shore. There are more finds from the sea in the autumn, the storms come more often and the layer of thrown-up matter is thick. What can we discover here? First of all, of course all kinds of marine life that is otherwise only seen by divers: at different depths there are seaweeds, plants, and on these, various invertebrates. Jellyfish can be seen, because they move near the shore in autumn. And particularly thrilling, and objects for endless imagination games, are of course the water-washed wood and polished glass fragments and clay shards, great material for mosaics.
