MTÜ Estbirding grew from the homepage of the Tartu Bird Club that was not only a place for bird news from Tartu and north-eastern Estonia but a site that showed the most interesting news from all Estonia.
Estbirding.ee gathers Estonia’s bongers, forwards news and information on encounters with interesting birds, publishes travel reports and guides. In addition there is a gallery on the web page with many bird photos and bird connected matters. To exchange operative information Estbird has created the Rariliin based on short telephone messages.
Our aim is to make birds as a hobby more popular and to share bird knowledge.
